Confirmation Email: 


When you "Register" for EMDC Online, you are sent an email as a confirmation of your registration. If you did NOT receive that email (it is sent within a minute), please do the following:


  • Check to make sure that the email did not go to your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Check to make sure the email address you used is correct.
  • Add "online@emdcon.org" to your list of contacts (that helps to keep emails from being marked as spam).
  • Signin to the website by going to: https://emdc.online/signin/start
  • It will again try to send a code to your email.
  • If the six-digit code does not come through, then submit a ticket to this help center by going to: https://emdcon.freshdesk.com/a/tickets/new. Simply state that you did not receive a confirmation email. We will work with you to get you a direct link or to provide you with the six digit code.


Contents of the "Register" Email


The following is the contents of the email that was originally sent to new enrollees.

We received your request for approval to enroll in EMDC Online and to receive updates about EMDC.

EMDC is a private group and we are very careful about who we allow to receive our information. We want to give the current attendees the assurance that this is a safe place for them to engage with other individuals.

In order to process your request we need some additional information.  Please reply to this email with the following information.

  • How you heard about EMDC.
  • Your organization or ministry affiliation.
  • A personal reference of another individual involved with EMDC or a reference from a ministry leader.
  • A short statement about your current role in your ministry.

Once we hear back from you and check your answers, we will approve your application or ask you for clarification on answers we are unsure about.

You should hear back from us within three-business days.
